In compliance with Article 13 section (1) and (2) of the (EU) Regulation number 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119/1 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as “RODO”, I hereby inform you that:

  1. The administrator of the data is the Natural Heritage Foundation based in Nowosiółki Dydyńskie 4, 37-743 Fredropol, entered into the National Court Register under the number: 0000305072, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 9522047732, REGON: 141415140; contact with the Administrator may be made via the correspondence address of the Foundation’s office at ul. Mickiewicza 44 premises 5, 37-700 Przemyśl or via the e-mail address: biuro@przyrodnicze.org
  2. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of a separate consent for each purpose, the Administrator’s justified interest such as self-marketing, which includes information campaigns and announcements deemed to be useful by the Administrator for the subscriber or for the purpose of performing the agreement, i.e. sending a newsletter. Legal basis Art. 6 section 1 letters (a), (b) and (f) of RODO.
  3. The Administrator processes the following categories of your personal data provided during the registration for the newsletter: e-mail and name;
  4. your personal data will be received only by entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of separate legal regulations, authorized Administrator?s employees/co-workers, entities cooperating with the Administrator, technical and organisational service providers;
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in a third country or international organisation for which an adequate level of protection has not been established by the European Commission;
  6. Your personal data will be stored until the end of the newsletter subscription (termination of the contract), and from the moment of the withdrawal of the consent to use your e-mail address for this purpose, we will stop sending the newsletter electronically,
  7. You have the right to have an access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, limit processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to object, the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of a consent before its withdrawal;
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the regulations;
  9. Providing personal data covered by a separate consent is voluntary, but failure to provide such data will prevent us from achieving the purpose mentioned above;
  10. You will not be subject to automated decisions (decisions without human intervention), including the fact that your data will not be subject to profiling.
